Political Bear Blogs just added a Google Adsense widget.  The Google Adsense widget allows bloggers to add Adsense ad units to their sidebars.  To use the widget, on your administrator menu click options then choose Adsense.  On the Adsense widget menu enter your Adsense Publisher code into the form and submit the changes. If you don’t currently have an Adsense account use the available link to register for your own Adsense account.  Currently, the widget will show ads from the bloggers account 80% of the time and PB Blogs ads 20% of the time.

This is the first monetization widget of many to come, so if you have any requests or suggestions please leave a comment below.

You might notice that I just updated the layout.  I believe that over time you will find it user friendly and it should hold up to different browsers. If you understand programming…… Internet Explorer is a pain do deal with and my previous layout did not work well with IE at all.  This layout is fixed and should hold up to just about everything that we can throw at it.

Additionally, please feel free to share any suggestions you have with me.  I am always up to hearing from users. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

We now have avatars!  Thanks to some help from a great guy over at real sports blogs.

To change your avatar from the Bear picture to any picture that you would like to upload, visit the profile link in the upper right of your admin page and browse for your picture and then hit the update button.

Every Political Bear Blog can include pictures, podcasts, and other media with an easy click o the button.
